Notification emails that you setup are sent from the system to your customers providing a link to track the order status. Any replies to the notification emails will be sent to your own email system.

Existing website integration

We can put a Track & Trace logon on to your existing business website. This provides professional Track & Trace from within your own website which will integrate to our courier software. If you do not have a website then your customers would track shipments via the Freightistics™ Home page.

Software Modifications and Existing Reports

We can alter certain aspects of the courier system at your request. The system development is very flexible and can incorporate functions that are critical to your business needs. The system can also function as a field service management system.

System training

Your staff will be provided with the required training and backup support for the system. The level of required maintenance and support is often determined by the scale of the operation in question. We can support any scale business because our product is robust, scalable and user friendly.

After sales service & support

As well as the normal phone support, we can also provide you with a online ticket email system. This system will send a text SMS to a team member who will promptly deal with your query or problem, based on severity. We value your business and will work to solve any query or problem you might have.

We will confidentially provide a secure system from which you can conduct your business at any time. The only equipment you will need are Internet-ready PCs and a Broadband connection.
